Why We Built This Site
Indiana gives the public access to many court and government records, but Martin County records are not all held in one database. The Clerk maintains official Circuit Court records and certified copies. The Circuit Court hears local trial matters. The Sheriff handles jail and law-enforcement records. State portals show public case, jail, marriage-license, driver-record, and custody information. Pulling those channels into one county-focused reference reduces wrong turns between offices.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. A private reference site can point to the office, but the document must come from that office.
